Dating back to the end of 2011, this film for St Edward uses interviews with local historical businesses in the Strand and St Clement Danes Church to show the history and importance of Strand as an area of London situated between the West End and The City.

In real estate parlance, this area is now known as Midtown.

We also interviewed the architect, interior designer and landscape designer of 190 Strand to illustrate the thinking behind the development.

The film was shot by Steve Albins and used extensive CGI animations from our friends at Miller Hare.
